Chicken Fry

Ingredients:
Chicken -250 grams
Onion - 1 medium size( Red Oinions Tastes good with Indian curries)
Yogurt - 2 Tablespoons
Ginger & Garlic Paste ( 2 Tablespoons)
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder -2 Teaspoons
Salt - 2 Teaspoons
Chilli powder-1 Teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 Tablespoon
Cooking oil - 4 Tablespoons
Preparation:
First clean the chicken and cut them about 3-5 cm dice, and leave it in salt water for 15 mins.
Add chili powder, turmeric, salt, ginger & garlic paste, garam masala , yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl
Add the cleaned chicken in the bowl and mix all well.
Leave it for 30 to 40 minutes to marinate.
Meantime, cut the onions into small pieces and keep aside.
Add oil to a frying pan and fry the onions over a medium flame/heat till they turn brown colour
Add the Marinated chicken to the pan and mix all well.
After mixing cover the pan with a lid and cook in a medium flame/heat and keep stirring the chicken.
Cook the chicken until juices from the chicken get evaporated, yet leave oil.
Add some coriander leaves. Just fry for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Now chicken Fry is ready. You can enjoy it as a starter or with your choice of rice.
